Project Description

This project consists of reconstruction SR 15/600 through the project area as a six-lane divided urban facility with curb and gutter, closed drainage, four foot bicycle lanes in both directions and sidewalks in both directions throughout the project limits. This project will also construct two new lanes on SR 436 east of the interchange for an additional left turn lane from northbound SR 436 to southbound SR 15/600 and an additional fee right lane from SR 15/600 northbound to SR 436 southbound.

There will also be dedicated u-turn lanes under the proposed bridge on SR 15/600. The proposed bridge will be a three-span structure over SR 436 with walls separating the through traffic on SR 15/600 and the ramp traffic entering from and exiting to SR 436.
